Payment Policy

Her Nutrition and Health Clinic is dedicated to providing you with quality nutrition and pelvic physiotherapy services. To ensure clarity and transparency in financial transactions, the following payment policy has been established:

1. Payment Methods

The following methods of payment are accepted:

· Online Payment through PayPal

2. Payment Process

Consultation Package Booking: A 50% deposit of your consultation package is required at the time of your order. This payment confirms your package order and secures your first appointment slot. 

Pilates Package Booking: The full amount of the package is required at the time of the booking. The online classes will be sent directly to you after full payment is received.

3. Fee Structure

Pelvic Physiotherapy & Nutrition 

3 months: £80 per consultation

6 months: £79 per consultation

12 months: £78 per consultation

Nutrition only

3 months: £40 per consultation

6 months: £39 per consultation

12 months: £38 per consultation

Add-ons

Pelvic Physiotherapy (30 minutes): £45 

Pilates class (30 minutes): £15

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in lost deposit and/or remaining appointment available balance.

5. Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balances must be settled before scheduling the second half of your package. 

6. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed consultations. In the event of a prepaid appointment that needs to be rescheduled, the prepaid amount will be applied to the rescheduled package.

7. Missed Appointments

Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the cost of the consultation. This fee reflects the value of the reserved time that could have been offered to another client.

8. Disputed Charges

If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in the charges on your invoice, please make contact within 3 business days of receiving the invoice. Investigation will take place and any valid invoicing concerns will be rectified promptly.
