I am a chartered physiotherapist, specialising in pelvic health and a registered associate nutritionist. I enjoy treating women to improve their well-being because I believe they deserve better support and representation.
I appreciate women seek treatment at different stages of their lifespans. I am dedicated to working alongside women of all ages by listening and offering my support to their needs during the emotional and physical changes that inevitably occur. I take great pride in offering my expertise to women during their most vulnerable stages.
To enhance my clinical knowledge I have conducted primary research on how maternal diet during pregnancy and breastfeeding can impact and reduce infant allergies.
My qualifications in physiotherapy and nutrition are used alongside my personal training qualification to provide a welcoming, one-stop service that meets all women’s needs.
I have extensive experience working in the NHS and private practice.
I am registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and HCPC. I am also a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecology Physiotherapy.
I have professional experience working in volunteering and private roles.
I am a registered associate member of the Association of Nutrition (AfN).
I have over 10 years experience as a personal trainer. My career in this sector started at a gym in central London where I recognised almost immediately I wanted to help women achieve their physical and emotional goals.
